Dr. Philip J. Chandler

Dr. Chandler is a fellowship trained spine surgeon serving Central Connecticut. Dr. Chandler specializes in minimally invasive spine surgery (MIS), motion preserving (fusion free) spine surgery, sports medicine, and orthobiologics including platelet-rich plasma. He is known for his personalized approach and giving you, the patient, the time you deserve.
Conditions and Treatments
Dr. Chandler specializes in all aspects of orthopedic care, including surgical and nonsurgical care of the spine, muscles, tendons, and joints. Many patients do not require surgery for their condition and for those patients, a personalized treatment plan is curated regarding medications, physical therapy, bracing, corticosteroid injections, platelet-rich plasma injections or alternative treatments.
